Leo Schilz founded AMCO Electric Company back in 1950 and ran the business until 1984.
AMCO was one of the largest California Electrical contractors and helped build out the developing California Aerospace infrastructure and ballistic missile programs.
Brad Schilz Founded and ran Glow Electric from 1987 until 2005, at which time he turned over the company to Tyson.
Brad now spends his days with Carole Schilz fly fishing and skiing in the Sierras.
After taking over Glow Electric in 2005 from Brad & Carole Schilz, Tyson Schilz successfully operated the business as CEO until 2017 when G2. O was formed and Glow Electric was dissolved.
