He walked through everything that I told him I was experiencing and immediately found the true root of the problem. I had a bad disconnect that was preventing full power from getting into the house. The other company told me that I needed a top to bottom full system replacement that would cost me $10K! Ryan literally brought me back to life...didn't try to take advantage, didn't try to upsell...was just concerned about being THOROUGH and TRANSPARENT. My tech is Joshua(is because I will only wait for him to do any and all work) Of course we all know how electricians and many other take advantage and/or sell us with fear. He didn't. He gave me facts, options, future ways to upgrade in a way that is smart and economical. The company he represent is competitive with pricing. I am floored by the interaction. I'm thinking on installing a first-time dishwasher. My house was built in the 50's and my kitchen cabinets and area to place the dishwasher are very small and complex. Also, today's code changes are difficult to maneuver through. The dishwasher needs a dedicated Outlet that is not in place currently. The technician was very knowledgeable and patient and came up with a good solution that I am considering. A plummer will need to be contacted to review the potential electrical work.

I called multiple companies and was unsuccessful at getting the help I needed. I called Mr. Electric and Angel answered the phone with a smile. She provided great customer service and was able to get some one out within a couple of hours to provide I needed. When Keiv arrived, he assessed the problem and told me exactly what needed to be done. Keiv was very professional and he to provided great customer service. Our technician, Keith, was fantastic! He was kind and honest. We called Mr. Electric to help us with an outlet that was sparking and Keith did a thorough evaluation of the outlet itself and of our electrical panel and was honest about his findings. Quick response and great service. Called Mr. Electric to resolve a wiring issue in my electric panel that was raised as an issue during a home inspection that was required to obtain homeowners insurance. Having used Mr. Electric before I placed a call to their office and was given a same day appointment. Skylar was awesome and very professional and was able to confirm what our original electrician said about how everything was wired correctly for our ev charger wall outlet. The issue was that the actual outlet was not an ev labeled outlet and Skylar was able to swap it out verses what the other company was trying to do and have us do a big job. This company was amazing and was able to schedule us right away. An Electrician named Frank came out and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to be able to help out our Church.
He installed power for 2 emergency exit signs that did not light up due to not receiving power from a nonworking source. The price was less than we anticipated, and the work was phenomenal. Now we are up to code per fire inspection and will pass when the fire marshal stops in again.
