We work with the electrical engineer of record to assist him/her in designing the project in the most efficient way possible. We complete projects on a design build basis, working with a group of engineers. We look at ways to build the project and have easy communication with an engineer as changes arise allowing us to react to changes in the project in an effective and efficient manner.

Within the next several years Mike built a reputation for excellence and the jobs went from small residential homes to multi-million dollar homes in Malibu, Brentwood, Santa Monica, and the San Fernando Valley.
