The company soon outgrew their small shop as well as their original business plan. Larger projects and an expanding geographic range boosted sales and employment. A project manager was added to the company's staff in 1987 and a service department was established that same year. In 1989, the company built a new facility at their current address and added a warehouse in 1991.

Since that time the business has continued to experience steady growth. The beginning of the 21st century also brought a new generation of management, with Bryan Ray stepping into the role of Company leadership. Currently a staff of four estimator/project managers as well as four administrative, financial, and supply personnel, lead a team of skilled electricians and apprentices in the performance of their work.

Since 1983 the Company has performed all types of electrical work for commercial, educational, governmental, industrial, institutional, and medical facilities.
