Today, Friday, Darren Young arrived in the morning.
He said he was "disgusted" with the situation that we were told we had an illegal installation and no cable on internet since a truck took out the line on the 11th.
He took pictures and had an installer here by 10:00 A.M. and came back to oversee the installation.
None of this would have taken place without your immediate attention and knowing the right person to call and finally getting someone out to our house.
