In 1986 he established Delaware Electric Co. Inc. in Crystal lake IL (delawareelectricinc.com).
Wayne along with partner Jeremy Metras are still operating that same business to this day.
Wayne has worked in every phase of electrical work.
Starting his career in Industrial electrical construction, and controls, and then on to commercial, and residential work.
